How to contact me

You can contact me regarding any matter you would like assistance with, or if you would like to know my views on national political issues.

Matters that are the main responsibility of the National Assembly for Wales or the Welsh Government will generally be referred to my colleague Vaughan Gething AM. I may also refer your case or query to Councillor colleagues in the Vale of Glamorgan Council or Cardiff Council .

It normally takes me approximately 4 weeks to respond to correspondence (whether email, letter, phone or social media), due to the volume of enquiries I receive – although some urgent cases can be dealt with more quickly. Please be aware that I represent over 75,000 people from St Mellons to Sully, and receive hundreds of enquiries each week.

Please make sure that when contacting me you include your full name, postal address and phone number, as well as your email address if you have one, and other information (if relevant) such as your National Insurance Number, Home Office Reference Number, and Date of Birth.

Parliamentary protocol requires that I only take up specific cases on behalf of people who live in my constituency.
